- We sell made-to-order printed apparel
- By placing an order, you accept all
  terms mentioned here

2. PRODUCTS

- All products are made-to-order
- Production begins after payment confirmation
- Minor color variation may occur due to
  screen display differences
- Product images are for representation only
- Actual print placement may vary slightly

3. PRICING

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices include GST where applicable
- We reserve the right to change prices
  without prior notice
- Discounts & offers cannot be combined
  unless stated

4. ORDERS

- Orders are confirmed only after 
  successful payment
- Once order is placed & production begins,
  it cannot be cancelled
- We reserve the right to cancel any order
  due to stock or technical issues
- In case of cancellation by us, full
  refund will be issued

5. PAYMENTS

- We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards,
  Net Banking
- All payments are prepaid only
- COD is not available
- Payments are processed via secure
  encrypted gateways
- We do not store any card information

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- We ship PAN India
- Estimated delivery: 5-8 working days
- Delivery times may vary due to location,
  festivals, or courier delays
- Tracking details will be shared via
  email/WhatsApp after dispatch
- We are not responsible for delays
  caused by courier partners

7. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

- We do not offer refunds
- Returns not accepted for wrong size
  selected or change of mind
- FREE replacement offered only for:
  - Damaged/defective product
  - Misprint or quality issue
  - Wrong item delivered
- Replacement claim must be made within
  48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video (uncut) is mandatory
  for all claims

- All designs, logos, and content on
  pinecraze.com are owned by PINECRAZE
- Copying or reproducing our designs
  without permission is prohibited
- Legal action may be taken against
  unauthorized use

PINECRAZE is not liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Losses due to courier delays
- Issues caused by incorrect address
  provided by customer
- Any loss beyond the order value

- Any disputes shall be subject to
