Refund & Replacement Policy

At PINECRAZE, every product is made fresh 
just for you — printed on demand with care.

Because each piece is custom-made, 
we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We do NOT accept returns for:
❌ Wrong size selected by customer
❌ Change of mind
❌ Minor color variation due to screen display

We DO offer FREE Replacement if:
✅ Product is damaged or defective
✅ Product has a misprint or quality issue
✅ Wrong item was delivered

How to claim replacement:

📦 Step 1: Record a clear unboxing video
          (uncut, package opening visible)
📸 Step 2: Take clear photos of the defect
📩 Step 3: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

→ Photos of defect
→ Complete unboxing video (no cuts)
