At Pinecraze, every product is made-to-order and printed on demand specifically for you. Since each item is custom-produced after an order is placed, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for:

❌ Incorrect size selected by the customer

❌ Change of mind after placing the order

❌ Personal preference regarding design, color, or fit

❌ Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography

7-Day Size Exchange

We offer a size exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

✅ Original tags and packaging must be intact

✅ Exchange is only available for the same design in a different size

✅ Exchange is subject to stock availability

A nominal exchange processing and shipping fee may apply.

Free Replacement for Manufacturing Issues

We provide a FREE replacement if:

✅ The product is damaged upon delivery

✅ The product has a manufacturing defect or printing error

✅ The wrong item was delivered

How to Request an Exchange or Replacement

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, and within 7 days for size exchange requests.

Verification Process

All requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days after receiving the required information.

Once approved, the exchange or replacement process will be initiated.

Important Notes

• Claims without a valid unboxing video and supporting photos may not be approved.

• Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

• Pinecraze reserves the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the above conditions.
