• PINECRAZE is an online streetwear brand based in India.
• We sell made-to-order printed apparel.
• By placing an order on our website, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.

2. PRODUCTS

• All products are made-to-order.
• Production begins after payment confirmation.
• Minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen and device displays.
• Product images are provided for representation purposes only.
• Actual print placement may vary slightly from the product images shown on the website.

3. PRICING

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices include GST where applicable.
• PINECRAZE reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
• Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. ORDERS

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
• PINECRAZE reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock availability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If an order is cancelled by PINECRAZE, the customer will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.

5. PAYMENTS

• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
• All payments must be made in advance.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
• PINECRAZE does not store customers’ complete card information.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We ship products across India.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–8 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, festivals, public holidays, or courier delays.
• Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
• PINECRAZE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or delivery partners.

7. RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

• We do not offer refunds.
• Returns are not accepted for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
• A FREE replacement is available only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Misprint or significant quality issue
  • Wrong item delivered
• Replacement claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• An uncut and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, misprint, or wrong-item claims.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All designs, logos, graphics, images, text, and other content available on pinecraze.com are owned by or licensed to PINECRAZE.
• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using our designs or content without prior written permission is prohibited.
• PINECRAZE reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against unauthorized use of its intellectual property.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PINECRAZE shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Losses resulting from courier or delivery delays.
• Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
• Any loss or damage exceeding the value of the customer’s order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
